What’s included in a licence?: Every licence includes all 50+ agents in the library with unlimited usage, subject to fair use. There are no per-task fees.
What does organisation-level context mean?: Coco learns from your practice’s context. Each Coco licence lets you connect up to 10 mailboxes so Coco can draw on client correspondence when it prepares work.
How does billing work?: Choose annual billing paid upfront (£180 per user / month), an annual commitment paid monthly (£200), or monthly with no commitment (£220).
Does Coco take holidays?: No — not even in January. Coco works evenings, weekends and right through peak season.
Does Coco post anything without me?: No. Coco prepares the work and flags what needs your judgement. You review and approve before anything is finalised.
Can we see Coco before signing up?: Yes. Book a demo and we’ll show you the agents that fit your service lines, working in the tools you already use.
